There is a small self serve gas station with an ice/water station in White's City. You can fill water jugs here, but there is also a spigot on the side of the building. Might be a good option. We didn't have our RV so just used the ice/water station.

At Pilot in town the have a spigot. If you fill your gas, ask for filling up water. When we did it was no problem.
