At a truck stop the etiquette is no slides so truckers can use adjacent spaces. If you’re on the end though I imagine its not too big a deal so long as slide face away from the other spaces.

The RV section had angular parking for big rigs and rv's in the middle of the designated lot with a few spots along the curb. When I was there on a saturday I only saw one rv in the whole lot. I imagine you might have trouble with slide outs if you're in one of the middle spots. Outside spot should be good.
