No reason why not! Beware that it can get very windy on the beach. When we were there last winter, I nearly put my slides in it was so windy. Have fun, it is an awesome place!

Yes. You can safely set up on the grass between the picnic tables and water. Down the road, Indianola has some great grassy open spaces as well.

Absolutely. There are tent areas. Be aware it's often windy, and sometimes hard to pitch a tent in the strong winds.
