The spots are narrow and fairly level. We couldn’t fully open our awnings because we are so close to the next site. They do have a small store on the property and a laundry facility inside the store. There is a gas station on the property, which is very convenient and WiFi was hit or miss.

Yeah, other reviewers have pointed out the many problems with this park: Trains, very long, noisy trains, run within yards of your site, there is no grass, you may be cheek to jowl with your neighbors. But, on the other hand, you will be hard pressed to find a camping spot with better access to downtown Louisville. Just a short run across the Ohio river bridge and there you are: Louisville Slugger museum, KMAC art museum, food, and Bourban at the source. And Jeffersonville within bike/walk distance has many attractive features. Politics of the management aside, we found the staff to be efficient, even if not overly cordial.

Although the campground is definitely more crowded and tightly knit that we usually prefer- we didn’t have a choice as they were the only one with openings for us. However, we DO NOT REGRET staying here at LNC! They do have a 10f bridge access, but they let you know on the phone AND the website not to just put in the address as it will take you that way- we put in the Radisson Hotel instead and it was perfectly fine. The staff is wonderful and personable, very kind people. I felt safe here with my baby by myself while my husband was working. There is a very nice field and paved trail just across the road that we walked each day with the pup. They do have a dog run in the back, but we haven’t ventured back there yet. We were in spot 71&73 right at the front and I am very thankful for that. One thing about the campground is that they do not allow more than one car at the spots, so we had to park across from the store- not a problem really, I just moved my car over when my husband left for work. There is a lot of cats and cats in the store, so if you are allergic, beware. We love kitties so enjoyed seeing them each day. There are some other complaints on here about the tracks but I don’t really see how it could be a big issue for some- we never heard them while in the camper. Again, would and will 100% stay here again!!! Thank you LNC!

Cats from the owner roam around all over with no less than five inside the store/office at any time. The store covered in a sheen of cat dander and dust, one can purchase ultra MAGA merchandise.
Since we were two men traveling together, it confused the young man who helped us park. The owner didn’t like the look of us and — even though we’d paid $40 for the night in full — we were required to pay another $10.
The sites are narrow. Too narrow. While a convenient location, we really should have kept driving.

This place is loud. And busy. The sites are crammed more closely together than any RV park's sites we have paid for in 7 years of FT travel. But the location is excellent is if you're looking for quick access to downtown Louisville or miles of paved biking/running/walking trails.
Train tracks back up to the RV park and are close enough to the train yard that you get to enjoy the aftershocks of braking, reloading trains. There is also a highway extremely nearby. And, due to the proximity of the sites, you can hear your neighbor pretty well (engines, TVs, etc).
The sites are so close together that if you have a neighbor or one arrives, you have to kind of 'preplan' with them how you will park so you can exit your rig and not hit their hook-ups. We had difficulty pulling out of our site to leave due to the proximity of the sites (although with an extra set of eyes from the friendly staff, we were successful).
The park staff is friendly and helpful. There is a large laundry room, a gas station, propane, and a convenience store. There is a playground and a field across the street to let your dog poop.
For us, the highlight of this park was the access to running trails, which we used to run downtown and along the river.
Verizon service here was 5G, and Starlink worked roaming.
Be aware of the 10-foot tall bridge near the park (you can see it from the park itself) - it is easily routed around, but one patron did take out an AC on his way in going under the bridge.

It’s a great place to stop for a couple nights. The staff has been amazing. The sites are very tight and all gravel so not much to look at, but everything works great and facilities are very clean. FYI, there’s a train that runs right beside it if you are a light sleeper.

Our family needed a place for the night and though the space was tight, it was perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly and greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our site. Gas and propane fill up on site, very convenient.
