Train tracks VERY close. 2 trains overnight, but no train horns, thankfully. Airport near enough to hear but not as active at night. Virtually no traffic noise.

As the other reviews mentioned, the campground is safe and is about as close as youre going to get to Toronto. There were quite a few long-term campers, but it quiet hours were honored during our stay. It's also right next to Wet n Wild, if you're traveling with kids.

About 30 - 45 minutes from downtown Toronto, and just north of the airport. It's rather noisy since you're in the city, and you can hear airplanes, car traffic, and sometimes a train. The sits are large on grass with a fire pit. There is water and electric on site with a dump station at the park. Park has a pool and gate at entrance. Wifi is available for free, but per usual is very poor quality. We didn't even get a signal from our campsite which was near the back of the park. I suggest staying here if your goal is to explore Toronto. Other than that, it's just a noisy but safe place to park.

Stayed here for 2 nights in June. The staff were friendly and helpful, the only reason I'm giving this campground 2 stars. Other pros: you can catch a bus that will take you into Toronto Union Station (need 1 more transfer to get there) easily right outside the campground.
Cons: Campground has a very disheveled appearance. There are quite a few long term campers and many of their sites have trash, chairs, boxes, etc strewn about. The sites here can be tricky to back into as the placement of spigots/electrical hookups to picnic tables and site signposts all seem to work against you. My site even had a large hole in the ground that someone had dug to use for a campfire. Had to avoid that too while backing in. You'll hear trains go by periodically. Not a big deal for me but others might not like the noise. All in all, I was glad to leave to some place more relaxing and less sketchy.
