Really one of the only viable camping options around the area of bend, can’t get close to the city without MORE problems. Out here lots of trash, and lots of campers, quite a busy area. Definitely open spots, good cell service.

Both Verizon and T-Mobile were very good. I could work work with no issue and stream TV. We dumped and filled at the campground closer to Sisters. Sign said $10 but we only got charged $5. Access is easy and there are a number of entrances off Harrington Loop Road with plenty of site choices. Rigs from class A down to tent campers.

Agree with the previous reviewer that the place is very crowded compared to other boondocking places. We stayed here a week and ended up with multiple neighbors ~75 ft from us during the stay. There is trash left around, and a few people who we think live here full time based on their set ups. Not the worst place we have stayed and not the best. It was free, flat, close to town and had plenty of areas for any size trailer to fit. We had no issues finding a spot for our 44ft fifth wheel even with crowds. You can hear some road noise but we didn't think it was too bad.
64 up/25 down on Verizon. 95 up/18 down on ATT. Not a starlink friendly location.

Verizon speeds were great and were enough to hit our plan cap of 50Mbps download and 31 upload. TMobile speeds were terrible at 2.5/1. ATT was 98/1. We found a spot in a clearing at 44.24970, -121.50257 that worked well for solar. The access road was in decent shape with some rutting, but nothing outrageous. No snow. It was muddy when we got there. We found a reasonably level spot. Pretty typical new growth pine/spruce forest.
Unfortunately, there was a lot of trash both new and old. Someone even left their mail (a local). We cleaned up what we could, but there was a dump location with hundreds of old cans and other scrap metal that we couldn't deal with. There was also a good amount of road noise.
The side road we went down had no one nearby, but the rest of the area was fairly crowded on a Monday evening compared to most boondocking areas. Being only 10 minutes from town will do that.

The only cons to note here are there is a bit of road noise, dependent on where you park. Also, contrary to previous reviews my cell signal with T-Mobile wasn’t great.

Great close to Sisters boondocking spot. Level spots tiny bit of highway noise but barely noticeable. 30+ spots big rig friendly and good Verizon 4g (130mbps/15mbps).
Chevron in Sisters has free water fill (limit to 20 gals per trip)

This area was amazing. Super close to a dump site in sisters and laundry facility. Clean area. Nice trails. This area can accommodate any size rig or setup.
Con- someone stole my remote control airplane. He must have needed more than I.... he must have had a small wiener.
