This is a low end trailer park at an unreasonable cost of $56 for an uneven, lumpy gravel site. Rover Pass bit me with a non-refundable reservation. Never again, Rover.

.
Now the negative... The manager is a nasty person, they did not honor the Passport America rate (added $7 or so), they charged an electrical fee for a one night stop, the water came pressure dropped to nothing multiple times, the sewer backed up several times when I emptied my tanks and you could smell the sewerage in other areas of the park, the restrooms, showers and laundry were all "out of order". We would never stay here again and we actually stayed here 4 years ago with a much better experience.

The park needs lots of work, water and sewer are in very bad shape. People drive in then drive out, nobody in the office and the staff are very rude. Park floods when it rains very and has very low water pressure. Place loses money and need someone new who can run this park.

Must have been an off day - no one in office, envelopes in box were wet, only long term campers. Fair reviews here but didn’t wait to register as lots were narrow. Benson was just down the road.

Some animals farm are in the backyard. We will come back and tag it in my google map. Pictures already included show the site very well.
