Large well maintained campground on the shore of Lake Ontario. Check in upon entering, staff very friendly and helpful, full of information. We were in site 236, backed against the lake, for a lovely view out our back picture window. Site was very level which allowed us to set up quickly, a good thing too because we were in the midst of a...

We were in the area to visit a new grandson in Latrobe, ten miles away. Keystone State Park is very large, with a campground on one end of the lake and a fairly active day use park on the other. Slag road, the entry road off of highway 981, is long, narrow and a little windy, and goes through Lazy Acres campground first, which gave us pause....

"Sweet little spot"

Small county campground offering partial hookups and an area that is primitive camping, which is a separate entrance, which caused us a little confusing. We had opted for a primitive site, and there was no sign distinguishing the two. The primitive area was a long strip of grass bordering the lake, down a separate driveway from the main...
