Overall Rating
We tent camped here in early August. The road getting in was a little rough, but we were easily able to make it in. There were about four sites in total with plenty of space between us and other campers. The views were absolutely beautiful and the stars were very bright at night. Would definitely recommend for anyone road-tripping and looking for a nice and easy place to stop that is also scenic.

Overall Rating
Don't cross the cattle guard next to the hwy., there is no turn around without large dips, pot holes, large deep tuts. We did, we looked at the disaster ahead, walked the area and backed out. Edges of the lake were dirty. Very little if any level spots. We were in a truck and 23 ft trailer. Hwy noise for sure as the hwy is right there. Nothing to see or do. If your in a side by side, or truck and have a tent then maybe, but why.
