You can pick any site after checking in at the hotel across the street. My site was one of the more level sites but still needed 2-3" of blocks on the downhill side. The water was good and it's 30 amp power. Traffic noise is a bit much but it calms down at night. It was good for us at its a good spot to go see the Wupatki and Sunset... more

Traffic noise is a bit much but it calms down at night.
It was good for us at its a good spot to go see the Wupatki and Sunset Crater National Monuments.
But the best parts are the gallery and restaurant at the Cameron Trading Post. The gallery is full of museum quality native art and memorabilia. The restaurant is very good with reasonable prices. I highly recommend.

Check in is across the highway at the Trading Post, first come first served, choose your site. Full hookups with 30 amp, I wouldn't describe the sites as level, some road noise. We were in late and out early so we can't speak to any amenities.

You only get what you pay for especially since they’re the only game in town. Good spot for $37. We stayed 1 night in our way home to Apache Junction. Fun little trading post and the food was actually very good. Full hookups sooooo. Highway noise was a little annoying

Gravel sites and some were more level that others. The staff was so friendly to us. the owner or manager I’m not sure which, and one of his employees worked long and hard to find us a long piece of wire to fix a problem with our truck. The only negative was some barking dogs. I saw one negative review where the staff was rude to them because they were white. We are also white and definitely did not have any kind of problem with that. Would stay here again

Nice little clean no frills park for a one night stay. Cheap for full hook ups. Nice trading post and restaurant across the street with a tunnel under the highway to walk there. Good location between flagstaff and the north rim or page and a LOT less then staying in either of those for a one nighter. Would stay here again.

Not much for amenities, but if you have your own hookups, its a convenient and affordable place to stop. Restaurant and shop are across the street. Staff was very friendly. First come, first serve. Max RV length is 40 ft. Room for parking next to your camper in each slot.

PositivesIt It did have water and sewer connecting at every site and all sites drive through. It is clean and available in the middle of no where with the next campground going away from Grand Canyon 1.5 hrs away. Location, Location, Location.
Restaraunt: wonderful Navajo Fry Bread. Large varied menu, beautiful scenery.

This is not a resort, not even an RV park. It is however a super easy and adequate place to spend a night or two in a beautiful area. The sites are short so if you're more than 32' you're likely going to stick out on one end. But it's never full and people just drive around you. We've stayed here a couple times because it's in a good stopping location between many destinations. And it's great for visiting the Little Colorado and the east side of the Grand Canyon. With the lodge, restaurant and huge trading post across the highway (where you check in) you can find local treasures and a good meal.. Fuel just up the highway. You are on the Navajo Nation here and they are wonderful about COVID safety. You aren't entering anywhere without a mask and hand sanitizing. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful.
Some sites are less level but you can tell by looking and you get to choose which one you want. Most sites have FHU, 30 amp. Raked dirt, very few weeds. I imagine it gets muddy when it rains, it's dirt. Very quiet at night. Security on site. Easy satellite access from all sites.
Pretty drives in all directions. Tasty Navajo Tacos at the restaurant.

Some sites can be tricky to get in. Also, it’s right on the Hwy and bridge, so I know there would be plenty of road noise.
