“Clean safe overnight lot”

Yep a basic parking lot. Stayed overnight on our way to the Grand Canyon. Nice gas station with great diesel prices. Trucks, RVs and cars stayed overnight here with no problems. Didn’t try the dump because an RV towing a truck was parked there all night. By that I’m guessing it’s not working. Nice view….. six well fed stray dogs... more
Yep a basic parking lot. Stayed overnight on our way to the Grand Canyon. Nice gas station with great diesel prices. Trucks, RVs and cars stayed overnight here with no problems. Didn’t try the dump because an RV towing a truck was parked there all night. By that I’m guessing it’s not working. Nice view….. six well fed stray dogs were here until dark and showed up bright and early the next morning. Seemed nice and friendly.

If you need to flush out your black or gray tank or fill your fresh water tank this WILL NOT work for you. Though other reviews warned of this, they were over a year ago and I’d hoped by now it was fixed. But looking at the plumbing situation there, I believe it will never happen.

Enter from the south side of the Chevron/Burger King and head to the back. Easy in and out. No potable or nonpotable water.
Nice RV and truck parking back there too!

Big lot, semi’s coming and going but not that bad. There were about 7 semi’s and a variety of pickups and cars overnighting.

We used the dump station which was easy to get in and out. There is a hose for water however the water is shut off. I would have given this location a 5 star if flush water was available.
