This is a free city park, just an asphalt lot, with no services but an adjacent grassy expanse with covered picnic tables. It's in a decent residential n'hood and you can walk to all Culbertson has to offer, which is about nothing. It was quiet, and there was only one other longer term guy staying there in his trailer with a dog who was very quiet (in fact did not speak to us). We sat out in the park at sunset, and later enjoyed 4 bars of Verizon and being able to stream shows in the van.

However, there were freight trains and trucks passing all night. Normally I’m a deep sleeper and don’t really care about these things, but these trains were loud. Our tent also almost got blown away by the wind. There are also many other scenic locations with free camping on the way to Glacier in other parts of Montana if you are camping with a tent.

There is also a dump station and bathrooms, neither of which we used but looked fine. There is a quaint fishing pond and walking trail nearby. Overall, a great spot for a free overnight stay.

We stopped here on our way to Theodore national Park to fill up with water. We also used the bathrooms. The camping area is not very big but maybe three rigs could fit in here if they were not too big. We looked for a donation box but could not find one. The road in has a dead end sign on it but that is the way you go.

Stopped here on our trip between Glacier and Theodore Roosevelt national parks. There was one other person in a car and tent. My apologies if we disturbed you when we arrived.
This is a city park with basically a parking lot to park in. The bathrooms were old, but relatively clean. They have flush toilets and running water in the sinks, no shower. One of the bathrooms was out of paper, so check first. There are picnic shelters and grills and a very nice playground.
You will need to back in to the parking spot to make room for other campers. The portion we used was perfectly level. Generator hours are from 6 am-9 pm.
We are in a 32 foot motor home pulling a Jeep. There is no place to turn around after you pass the dead end sign on 4th Ave. We had to unhook in the circle drive past the parking lot. The turnaround was too tight for us, but we needed to unhook anyway to park in the lot.
The dump station and water are at the north edge of the lot. I did not hear a train or any other noise. We slept well here, but we were pretty tired. We arrived after dark and left the next morning after breakfast.
The parking spot is only a few blocks off of HWY 2 in a residential neighborhood.

Bathrooms locked when we were there, nice free spot. Close to houses and the train. Train didn’t bother us but it is very frequent. Trash and great ATT reception.

This was a great location to pop into for free overnight. Conveniently off Route 2. Friendly neighbors that came over and chit chatted with us and made us feel welcome. The best part is the free dump on site!! We got water elsewhere but loved having the free dump on location.

It was more expensive than some but all the washers were new. We ate at Wild West Dinner ... pretty good. The restrooms in the park were locked, probably because of the virus. We enjoyed our stay as we explored the area.

We stayed here for one night while passing through. It's a simple blacktop parking lot that is large enough for 4-5 RVs (Truck/Travel Trailer) to pull in.
The park is really easy to access from US Highway 2 while rolling through Montana.
There are bathrooms, male and female.
There is a trash dumpster.
There is a dump station. 😲
I'm only adding 2 starts for site quality and noise. The site is fine, but bare and we had to use levelers, as the blacktop is uneven.
There is a working train about a quarter mile away that stops in town. Each train that comes though blows it's horn.
