Very basic campground at the confluence of the Missouri and Yellowstone rivers. $15.00/night for electric sites; fee station at the west entrance. $10.00/night for the non-electric sites located at the far east end. There are 6 sites with electricity; they are numbered 1-6 west to east, sites 2 and 5 have 30/50amp, the rest are 30amp, all have 20amp. There are covered picnic tables for 2 & 3 and 5 & 6. Water is available at the shed east of site 6. No sewer. If you arrive after dark, be aware there is an open culvert between sites 1 and 2 and a couple fire pits actually in the parking area.
This is pretty much a fishing access site. We were here 3 nights over a weekend and we saw one tent camper and several fisherpersons.
This listing refers to the Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Center as being the manager. When I called for information, I was told there wasn't any electricity at their campground, which is the Fort Buford campground, located west of the visitor center. This campground is located east of the visitor center, right on the river.

They have 6 sites / 50 & 30 AMP available—but our surge protector indicated a possible pro twitch the 50 amp ones. We ran fine with 30 amp. Watched a flock of Pelicans on the river while there. I think this area might be the worst place for mosquitoes tho 😂. We’d definitely stay here again

Flat area with fire rings and some with electric. $15 with electric and $10 without. Water available but not at sites. Go past the confluence center and past the picnic area down a small hill to the camping area near a small boat ramp.
