This place is definitely not worth the price. We left and found primitive camping for no cost 15 minutes away. 1 star for accessing as the directions didn't make sense with a person that wasn't on site but in Arkansas.
Location was poor.
Cleanliness was very poor as it looked like a dumpsite.
Site quality was terrible. I saw 2 water spigots for 8 sites.
We didn't stay long enough to find out about any noise.
It reminded us of the movie "Deliverance"

Upon arrival the road narrows as you come into a person's personal property. On the side of the road there is a lot of junk and old vehicles. We were able to park relatively easily but there wasn't a lot of Room in general.
All of the spaces were overgrown with weeds And the gravel had a lot of dirt in it. So it could get pretty soft if it rained.
There were a lot of monthly renters so we were lucky to get a spot on short notice. A lot of people working in the area are living there.
Not a huge issue with that other than they were leaving for work at about 4:30 in the morning. They weren't quiet about it either lol
The water would change from clear to dirty/rusty off and on while we were running the hose. Once we filled our tank, we were unable to completely shut the water off. So when we checked out we had to leave our hose valve on the spicket because it kept running water. We did inform of the owner of the issue and told her we would do that for her until she could get it fixed.
The access to Sundheim park next door where the train bridge is is not convenient especially with littler kids.
There were nice tall trees that did provide pretty decent shade most of the day.
If you need a quick place to stay, I guess it would do but I can't foresee us staying there again in the future.
