"Urban necessity"

Like most urban RV parks, not the nicest part of town. But very professionally run and immediate neighbors were a nice Hampton Inn and storage facility or such. Clean, tight sites but everyone was quiet and respectful in our section. Code accessed... Read more

"Confusing but OK"

This was convenient to our route and had what we needed. The website said we could come without reservation and showed many available sites so we almost booked one, just in case. After we arrived, a sign up front seemed to indicate only a portion... Read more

"Surprisingly nice"

Coming from the west, the road in was 1.5 miles of gravel. If we'd come in from east, we'd have been spared a lot of dust. Arrived to find concrete pads, mown grass, great amenities. Showers were basic but clean. Seems like most site occupants... Read more

"Good choice"

Able to pick a sight on a Sunday night and pay via ennvelope. Clear instructions, good park map. As prior reviewer noted, showers were closed for season in Sept already, only disappointment. Free wifi worked surprisingly well and fast! Level... Read more

"Some pluses and minuses"

We were able to book this just an hour or so ahead of time online, but upon arrival, our paid-for campsite was ADA which online info had not indicated! Since the park was far from full and it was already 6 pm, we stayed there rather than risk... Read more

"Nice owner, grassy spot in the rain"

Nothing fancy but nice if sort of sprawling family run CG geared toward fishermen or longer stays, it seemed. As over-nighters, we were happy to be in a tight field spot right behind the owner's house, b'c we needed stronger WiFi. Showers looked... Read more

"Not a lot of choices or public parks"

A little rustic but worked for us. We'd paid $$$ for the only other RV park nearby the night before, and this was a better option in many ways. We didn't luck into an electric site, and the showers are fairly "camp"-like and old, but the generator... Read more

"Great experience"

Easy self check-in instructions posted with available site numbers, though it took us two loops through the campground to figure out that electric sites were only on one side of road. (Only one loop is dog friendly.) Quiet, nicely kept campground... Read more

"Clean, Quiet, Well Run"

Flying by the seat of our pants, found this last minute on a Friday night. Ticked all our boxes: nice level space, grassy, clean washrooms, nobody camped on top of us. Owner was super nice and helpful. Looks like it'd be crowded with families in... Read more

"Desperate (wo)men do desperate things"

I was sick all day as we rumbled across Indiana and was willing to be anywhere short of a Walmart parking lot. This place looked leafy and promising as we pulled in early evening, but it's far from idyllic. Crowded with a lot of families having... Read more
