This is a well-planned, nicely landscaped, beautifully maintained RV Park. Each site has a concrete parking pad and grassy lawn with a small concrete patio with a little round table. Interior roads are paved, wide, and easy to navigate. There are plenty of trees for shade. We had enough space for our 40’ motorhome and towed vehicle. No problem getting level. All utilities worked as expected. There is a good sized fenced dog park. No road noise although it’s easily accessible from the highway. Easy access to Reno about 20 minutes away. Having the casino restaurant on-site was a plus. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again.

Overall this a clean, quiet, safe campground that works as advertised. The older couple that runs the office is nice, polite, and professional. There is nothing super special, but this is a good little park that I will use again.

We are full-timers and have a 36 ft Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow. Since we had been boondocking for a while, we stayed for 3 nights in site 41 in mid May as a waypoint and an opportunity to dump, fill, do laundry, etc., as well as visit the casino. The CG is medium size, with a narrow strip of nice grass and a table (no chairs) between the sites, which are quite close - slides out, about 8-10. The CG is quiet, except for some road noise on US 365. The internal roads are a little narrow, although not too bad, but some of the turns are rather tight. All but a couple of sites are pull-throughs.
AT&T service was fair with 2-3 bars of 5G and speeds up to about 20 MB/s. The CG WiFi was just ok, depending on your needs, with speeds up to 0.5 MB/s . Starlink had speeds up to 20 MB/s. We had DISH coverage on all of the western satellites. We didn’t try any OTA channels with our fixed omni antenna.
As mentioned by others in their reviews, the sewer connections are slightly recessed, centered in concrete bowls; it was a challenge to get a good connection with a right-angle connector.

All sites have nice grass areas and some had huge grass sections. Well manicured property with good spacing between neighbors. The only negative is that it is very close to the freeway and you will hear traffic, especially when semis go slightly off the road and hit the rumble strips. I recommend having some white noise to avoid this annoyance. Minus that issue, we really enjoyed our stay.

After seeing the semi-mediocre ratings of this CG, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked out for us (Maybe this just has to do with kids?… no idea. We don’t have kids, and I didn’t see any while we were camped.). This is a pretty typical commercial style CG with large level pull-thru sites and easy to reach utilities that worked well during our stay. The sites are spaced pretty normally for a commercial CG, so while there was little privacy, the angled sites helped a bit. They offer online booking, but I made our reservations over the phone in order to use our Good Sam ($45 a night). The park was quiet (I was a little concerned when I saw train tracks, but we never heard one), a good location for getting into town without staying in it, and there was space for walking our dog. Our Verizon was a bit slow, but their WiFi was pretty good. The affiliated gas station offered reasonable (to the market prices), and they do sell propane. If passing through the area, we’d stay here again.

Grounds were kept very clean. The management was very helpful. They have 2 designated areas to walk your dog, otherwise, they aren't allowed on the grass (what little there was). Even though RV's were aligned in rows, there was a decent amount of space in between. The grass outside the front door was nice and there was a built-in concrete round table. The park is elevated above the freeway so we didn't notice the noise, and there was a nice view of foothills in the area.
