Not sure we can expect better in the middle of Tennessee. We found the campground well laid out with lots of amenities from trap shooting to a swimming pool and fishing. The disappointing side is that the sites were small, gravel surfaces and uneven. Hook ups are old distant from the site and low to the ground. Most disappointing was the trash, butts in the grill, cut grass on the patio and a picnic table that would not support a glass because it was so warped. There was trash in the pond and nearby cabins were in poor condition. Most of the other patrons were long tremors with poorly kept camp sites. Internet so poor I could not down load photos.

Stayed one night. Girl that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The spot we were in was a pull through and not super level but still very pleasant stay. Would stay there again.

A 15-20 minute drive either west or east puts you in a town with plenty of supplies/groceries, et al. We also took a 30-40 minute drive to Shiloh Military Park and got a lot out of all the information there. Definitely worth the trip. We had outstanding wi-fi connection, though terrible TV coverage, which seemed strange. The office had a lot of books/DVDs to borrow as well, and very friendly and helpful staff, though they seemed rather short-handed. Very inexpensive laundry room helped us out as well.

Our AT&T was good enough to work, stream, and game. 50 AMP did not have a breaker, but we had no problems.
Our spot was very level and near the lake. We ate in the restaurant one evening and it was very good! The bathroom in the restaurant was clean.
Did not use restrooms or showers.
Very affordable!
Large potholes should be fixed on the main roads, other than that it was a beautiful, quiet, and great park to ride our bikes around and walk our dog. There is a pool as well. Seems very family friendly.
15 minute ride to Bolivar where you can go to a grocery store or Wal Mart.

We stayed here two nights for free using our Coast-to-Coast membership. There was a $6 per night surcharge for 50 amp service. The resort's free Wi-Fi at our camp site was excellent with download speeds of about 3 Mbps and upload speeds of 12 Mbps.
The resort is in a beautiful location with two water features for fishing, a skeet range and a rifle range (neither of the gun ranges were being utilized while we were there).
Hookup facilities are somewhat dated, being mainly situated on combination dirt/gravel that are more or less level. Our 38 ft class-A motor home leveled up easily on our site. The road to the sites is paved in asphalt with some pot holes, making the ride a little bumpy in places.
The area is very quiet at night. There are six rental cabins fronting one of the ponds. We did not use the resort's bathrooms or laundry facilities during our stay, so I can't comment on them. The resort grounds are well maintained overall. There is a small cafe/restaurant onsite that is open on Fridays & Saturdays. There is a nice play area for kids as well.
