"Staff Friendly, Boat, Access, Fairly Clean"

I work remotely so cell coverage is important. Some areas have more like three bars solid. I’m in the section with the 70s which is a little older apparently and those sites are smaller and they definitely have two bars Verizon. It’s quiet.
