This is one of the loveliest RV parks we have ever stayed in. It is well maintained and peaceful. All hookup are located at the sites. The restrooms were clean and well kept. We loved staying here. It was a peaceful respite from the busy Panama City Beach traffic, yet is is well located and close to the activities. Even though is a bit expensive we would highly recommend staying here.

We were able to snag a spot here last minute for our very first trip in our camper. Myself, my husband, and our two toddlers arrived after hours. We were able to snag a spot here last minute for our very first trip in our camper. Myself, my husband, and our two toddlers arrived after hours. We were able to pay over the phone before closing time and all of the info we needed was left outside the office. We had a back in spot that was very easy to back into because of the angle and flat area. There are 3 stocked fishing ponds and two clean bathhouses. The location is great, right on back beach rd and convenient to a lot of shopping, restaurants, attractions and beaches. The grounds are well kept and nice. We will definitely be back!

Great location less than 20 minutes from beaches, state park etc, beautiful scenery, the campsites are small and very close together. We were not able to extend our awning. However the scenery was peaceful and staff very pleasant.

We loved this campground. Small and quaint, trees everywhere but still enough sun to come through on our site so I could soak in some rays. Well kept grounds, 3 ponds with a gazebo on one and a swinging chair on another. Dog poo bag and trash stations everywhere. They had a small library in the office which was nice. We loved this campground. Small and quaint, trees everywhere but still enough sun to come through on our site so I could soak in some rays. Well kept grounds, 3 ponds with a gazebo on one and a swinging chair on another. Dog poo bag and trash stations everywhere. They had a small library in the office which was nice. Very friendly staff. Pool with color changing lights, a dog wash station and a clean laundry station.

We stayed 7 days while attending the Sea Breeze Jazz Festival. The campground is very well kept. Laundry $2 per load. Had a small pool. Less than two miles from public beach. Very quiet campground and close to shopping center and PCB attractions.

Very nice and clean park. Very wooded for being so close to the beach. Traffic noise from US98 (Back Beach Road) was very diluted due to the number of trees. Nice and clean with 3 ponds, and enclosed swimming pool. The bathrooms and showers were large but we did not use them. Would stay here again, but for anything longer than 2-3... more

Would stay here again, but for anything longer than 2-3 nights advance reservations would be advised if you do not want to move around to several spots within the park.

Great little ponds and peaceful feeling for a park that’s right near everything. Internet speeds was good with AT&T, but not super fast on Verizon.

Stayed early November for three days to enjoy the area, short drive to beach’s, sites were a little tight but well kept, covered pool, laundry, showers, very pretty area with ponds.
