Little tucked away spot outside of Spokane. It is relatively clean, but no bath house. I stayed for 8 days because I was having dental work done, and a few van repairs. Most people here live here full time, and aren’t the highest caliber of person. Most of the sites that other people are using are littered with random junk, but they mostly keep to themselves. Think of a semi-trashy trailer park and you will get the picture. I left in my van to drive to Planet Fitness, and left my water hose and 30amp cable behind, and when I returned, both had been stolen. If you are desperate for a quick, cheap spot to stay, this will suffice, but I do not recommend for any length of time, and keep your eyes on the others around you.

Arrived in Spokane to be closest to the dealership in the hopes of being right there when the call came that the part for long awaited repairs was finally there. We were also under the weather and ended up convalescing for the first week. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, and the clientele at the motel in front of the RV section looked like they were somewhat down on their luck (hence the four star). It was clear that the majority of their RV clients were full-time residents. It was our intention was for a week. We ended up staying almost three.
Having said that, our stay was wonderful. The owners cheerful and welcoming. They were very helpful when services were needed. We had ample services within a short distance. Bus service is right outside. Bike trail is a somewhat treacherous couple miles away, but we did it. There is a laundry room, three of each machine, you pay the owners directly. The RV section is tucked behind the motel so it was quiet and never did we feel safety was an issue.
Spots were a little awkward to get into but they were relatively level. And initially we were concerned about being able to get back there as going through the motel there are parked cars on either side of the driveway. Turns out there was enough room. There are no extra services, no restrooms or showers, one must be self-contained. Wifi was GREAT. Extending our stay was easy enough despite there only being two short-stay spots at the time we were there, although we had to move the first week to vacate the park's longest spot. And despite our initial misgivings about the neighborhood as well as our neighbors, no one bothered us or our belongings in all the time we were there.
One caveat. Well-used train tracks are a couple blocks away and they are busy at night. Horns and all. But maybe because we no longer hear like we used to, once we went to sleep they never bothered us.

At first glance it appeared like a small motel but once you drove to the back where the RV’s are parked you’ll get a nice surprise,
Quaint spot for an overnight stay, very close to city center. Husband and wife team are amazing, friendly and helpful.
DOC would stay here again
