Super tight spaces, though the first spot on the right as you come down the hill is a decent, private campsite if you can score that. Weak Verizon. Nothing like the photos on the COE / Recreation.gov site. Check out the photos of the signage and relationship of the campground, size of the dam and flow of outlet water to realize this is kind of an end of times RV park movie scene.

“Level site. Not interesting”

This campground is right on the outlet from the lake. The outlet has a creek, and they will occasionally blow sirens and release water. It’s loud. It looked mostly like an RV park. There’s not a lot of nature, although the sites were clean and well maintained. Tons of families with young kids—so it’s great if you want to let your kids run around. It was too busy for us, so we won’t be back.
