We spent 4 weeks at this park and met many friendly people. This park is large and includes a golf course. There are 3 pools, a play ground, a dog park and hiking trails. They have recently made significant improvements in landscaping, signage and gathering places. They have many activities.
A good portion of the park has park models. They all seem in good to fair shape. The park models are clustered together and Most RV spots are clustered together.
This is also a Thousand Trails/Encore park. The TT members get the cheap seats.
Book way in advance if you want to get a spot during winter months
Bathrooms and pools are cleaned and well maintained. There is mail and delivery service permitted in the park.
Big rig friendly.

This is not a resort. This is not a campground. This is not a modular home community. It is a trailer park.
Upon arrival, we found our "campsite" covered in old dog feces. Another RVer decided to hook up to our site's water connection -- we ended up having to connect to the vacant site next to us. (We won't touch another rig's connections for any reason.) If someone arrives at that site, they will be waterless.
Our campsite faces the back of a rundown trailer. The neighbors across from us are using the vacant site next to us to park a vehicle, but sites are so tight, we cannot get our truck past their vehicle. (Our truck is just a Toyota Tundra; not a dually.
We tried to address the issues with the office. However, they mandate masks and we didn't have them with us. They do have a text system and we attempted to request help via text, but they were"closed".
ATT service is 5G and full bars. You will need your hotspot or other Internet access. The park does not offer any wi-fi.
This is a Thousand Trails park. We were thinking of buying a membership. At least we dodged that bullet.

This is a huge RV Park and golf course. There is so much to do, nice pools, lots of activities, food trucks, games, walking, fishing. The people are so friendly, it’s quiet, feels safe, has helpful staff, and you aren’t packed in like sardines! It’s not spacious like a state park but quiet nice for an RV Park.

Zero fee reflects Thousand Trails Encore membership
This is our second time staying here and both times we have enjoyed our stay.
My only reason for giving this resort four instead of five stars is the noise from kids, and not having a concrete pad.
A more common thread today is the amount of families full-time RV living, in the Encore/Thousand Trails system.
The kids who are home schooled and released in the afternoon without supervision to go play. Since it is a secure park I see nothing wrong with that. But what I do find it distracting to hear 20+ kids screaming all afternoon and into the evening, till 10 PM.
As such we could not even have a relaxing evening grilling out for children running through our campsite screaming.
Without a concrete pad, every time it rains, the campsite becomes a mud pit.
We had 4 bars if Verizon but had no internet speed. Less than 256k at best. I called Verizon and after over an hour on the phone, trying to resolve the issue, it seems Verizon has over sold this market

We happen to visit this beautiful RV resort at the start of the China Virus. As such all activities, including the pools, had been closed. But even with the activities closed, we had a wonderful time, relaxing and enjoying the local area. I gave it an overall grade of 4 stars cause the bathroom in the Lifestyle section needs to be updated, and some of the non-premium sites, needed updating.
But other than that, this park is truly a 5 star RV resort, with a wonderful 18 hole golf coarse, and the pools, looks like they would of been great to use.

Stayed here in March 2020. Easy check in right at the front gate. We have Thousand Trails, our plans changed last minute, and we were able to reserve this for free. After staying here 5 nights I would definitely want to come back here every year. We love to walk, run, and bike-and have 2 small dogs. The dog park here was immaculate and we met nice people there. The town of Minneola is about 5 miles away and they have a trailhead there for the South Lake bike trail which leads into the West Orange Trail. There is also a HUGE dog park in Minneola. Lots of shopping close by - and almost next door is Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards - free tours and wine tastings daily.
We were given site 889, which was in the "Elite" category. Found out later from an office employee that meant it bordered the golf course and was larger. It was perfect! Standard sites are narrower and I believe in the middle of the rows. Premium sites are end sites of rows/corner lots.
There are many park models in the older sections, but in the newer sections: Veranda and Crossroads it is primarily RVs. Some are seasonal - some not. The place is not rundown, the people are very friendly, and the weather beat a PA winter.
Nice library/game room. Small exercise room. Clubhouses & pools in all 3 sections and activities daily.
Very easy entrance and exit to park.

For the monthly rate during peak season, we felt like the cost was appropriate and would definitely come back.
