We filled ours at the Fruita Campground and then boondocked at the Overflow parking.

There is a fill station at the campground in Capitol reef National Park. I believe it was $5 for water and dump.

Check at the General Store

You could likely do so at an RV park nearby for some small fee - give em a call. If that falls through, Fruita Campground might let you as well
