I hesitated about going here from Tuttle Creek in Lone Pine due to the water, but what a great place. The other reviews are accurate but there are plenty of level spots. The water came back on two days ago and the dump is also open. Water is well water (you can see the well) and the host tells me it's tested and filtered/purified. Pleae...

5/16/2024, I called 304-337-2295 and learned; 1. One needs to call ahead and make a reservation. 2. Due to flooding, they are hoping to reopen sometime in June 2024. I don't know how many stars to give it since I have not been there. Stars are required for submission. I will give it 4 because they answered the phone when I called.

This RV campground is hard to beat. Level gravel sites with full hookups. Strong wireless internet. Campground host was super. He came out to greet me even though I arrived after the office was closed. Laundry and bathrooms were in great shape. Showers were totally private and clean. Not far from the interstate but also fairly quiet.

Great place to stay. Peaceful, scenic, well kept.
