We stayed there when we volunteered for a month a couple of years ago. I used mine once in that time and another camperused theirs and it was never an issue. The camp sites are not real close to the enclosures for the animals.

Yes. I used mine. There’s a lot of dry grass in the area though so be sure that’s cleared away in case of sparks.
