5/16/2024, I called 304-337-2295 and learned; 1. One needs to call ahead and make a reservation. 2. Due to flooding, they are hoping to reopen sometime in June 2024. I don't know how many stars to give it since I have not been there. Stars are required for submission. I will give it 4 because they answered the phone when I called.

This RV campground is hard to beat. Level gravel sites with full hookups. Strong wireless internet. Campground host was super. He came out to greet me even though I arrived after the office was closed. Laundry and bathrooms were in great shape. Showers were totally private and clean. Not far from the interstate but also fairly quiet.

Great place to stay. Peaceful, scenic, well kept.

We definitely will stay here again. As we were setting up our site a gentleman came and gave us a letter from the local police station telling us the camp rules. They also mentioned in the letter to contact the station if there were any problems. That made feel welcomed and safe.

You check in at the gas station. That’s a first. Road to the park has a bunch of pot holes so be careful. Also very tight road to the park. There are two playgrounds one old one new. Didn’t use any of the facilities or laundry. Sites are spaced apart.
