Hi. We are still here. Weary Traveler, a big rig-friendly RV park! We arrived in Seymour, IN to view the 2024 Eclipse. We arrived the day before the event and intended to leave the day after. Due to inclement weather and traffic congestion, along with the nice accommodations we decided to stay a bit longer. No problem. Positives: Very big pull-thru sites to accommodate large/long rigs. Our site #23 was level, with FHUs. It has water (high pressure), and electrical (20, 30, 50), and the fixture to dump your tanks is either level or downhill from the rig. Each site is close to each other but not too close. Dogs allowed. Many restaurants in the area. A great ice cream shop (Koveners Korner sp?) is nearby too along with many typical restaurants and gas/diesel stations. Easy online registration, safe park with fence, cameras, and secure access. Right near the highway. The equipment looks very new and works perfectly. There may be a weekly or monthly rate, try calling to confirm. Possible negatives: No firepits or tables. No shower house, or toilets for your use, no check-in building, shop, or attendant. The nearby TA station has very clean showers for a decent price along with a laundry station, usually used for truckers but the staff shared that RVers and campers are very welcome and they can accommodate you when you need a shower. Just go to the regular checkout station in the grocery area to pay and get your code to enter your own clean, heated, secure shower room that comes with towels, a hair dryer, and tiny motel soap. Easy peasy!
There is a bit of noise from the highway and nearby truck facility. There were also lights on all night, likely for access and safety, but it may bother some folks. I slept great.

Brand new place. Full hook-ups, spacious pull-thrus, level gravel with nice grass in between spots. There are 2 areas for dog walking. The place is also gated, so felt very safe. Very close to an I65 exit with multiple gas stations, and the usual restaurants/stores. Its next to an RV sales center which may come in handy for some. I emailed the owner, Roger. He responded promptly and said to pick any spot. We chose one towards the back because of highway noise. Roger met us as we pulled in and we paid him then. This was a million times better than Walmart overnight parking and rundown campgrounds along Interstates. Hoping more Weary Traveler RV Parks will pop-up along major traveling routes.
