Overall Rating
This campground is a hidden gem. It is located inside a huge county park with lots of facilities. There is a full time cap host to help you out. The full service sites are in front in a grassy full light area. The tent sites are also in grass, but near trees for some shade. The water/electric sites are all in shade. Each site has 30 amp service. There is a nice shower building near the front. Online reservations are easy, but the confirmation email leaves a little to be desired. All sites have a gravel pad, fire pit, and picnic table.

Is big rig capable, has 30 amp service. Dump station on site. Beer and liquor store in Old Vernon.
