The manager told me today the dump and potable water are free if you spend $5 in the shop or $10+ on gas/diesel. If you don't there is a charge but wasn't clear if the charge was $5 or $10.

Drive in was fine, some gravel but well packed. There's about 6 sites here, all well apart, with fire rings and easy road pull through roads for larger rigs.
