The traffic and train noise is true, but I slept well in the huge flat parking lot. There’s an ice and water station in the far end of the lot, which I appreciated having access to to fill up.

Easy to get to off I-10, had no issues pulling into the dirt lot in my 25 foot motorhome. Good cell reception, 3 other vehicles in the lot with me.
