Arrived late afternoon had a great spot on the asphalt just before the gravel lot begins. Restful and peaceful. Right beside the railroad so there is the occasional train to pass by but not a bother at all.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful!! Campground was clean and provided everything we needed! We would stay again. Highly recommend!

Overnight stop just outside of Big Bend National Park was great. Quiet and restful. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful. 2-3 other campers also stayed the night. We travel in a motorhome. Verizon cell service was good.
