"Boondocking at its best"

If you enjoy boondockng primitive camping this is a great campground. Large sites, self service 40 plus sites and many right on the edge of Lake Michigan. Hand pump for.water, the vault toilets would be the only down fall, need updating.

Great remote camping, large secluded campsites. The campground is a trailhead for the NCT. Hiked some out and backs while we were there. Trailhead used by mountain bikers. Vault toilets were kept clean, water pump ho issues. Only draw back... Read more

"Water "

We boondocked on site 78A, nice to hear the waves hitting the shoreline and night. Stayed a Sunday night busy, but no issues. Bathhouse clean and newer. Great view of the bridge from the back of our site.
