Overall Rating

More long term rentals than RV short term stays. Pool appears nice, on the river, oh yes and feet away from a busy RR track. Pretty muddy when it is raining but for a one night stop it was Ok. Pretty high for water/elec only and the type of park, but met our needs after a long day.
