“Now Back Open”

Overall Rating
Now back open after construction on pumps. No charge for dump and water for black tank flash. Only draw back was the slant of the concrete which I was parked on. I don’t believe it allowed for my tanks to empty out completely. Also has a large concrete lip the hose has to get over. See photos.

Thought I would give an updated review.
I sometimes find things have changed from the last review, so I was skeptical if this gas station dump was still free. It is and they have a wide area so you can maneuver around.
It is higher than a regular Rv black tank pipe, but it’s wasn’t an issue for me.
Mousr would use this facility again

Free dump! Easy access. The only water spigot is right by the dump, so it seems like more of a rinse station than a fresh water station. The dump at Cave Creek Regional Park is scheduled to be closed through May 31, 2021 so they sent us to the Shell. No complaints!

The dump opening is much higher than the ground so you have to lift your dump hose repeatedly to empty your tank unless you use a dump hose lift device. Was able to get a propane fill at this location, but now need to look elsewhere for safe potable water.

It’s $1.50 for 3 minutes of use. We tried to fill our 6 gallon tanks while being in town, we couldn’t even get halfway filled before the time ran out. It was seriously a slow drip. Not sure if they’re like that all the time or what but if you have time to kill it’s easily accessible (with a dump/air).

We only filled our water tank, however there is a place to dump right next to fresh water station. Both are free and easy to access.
