Bell Road RV Center Dump Station

My Crew just arrived from Texas to work in Phoenix in Construction and needed to dump my tanks in my trailer. I called Bell Rd RV Service and asked if they had a dump station and they replied in the affirmative and that the charge would be $10.00. When I arrived at Bell Rd RV Service the two stall dump stationn was being used by a Trailer that was in for repair and the other stall was being used by a Customer Dumping his Trailer tanks. After the Dump Customer departed I backed into the Dump Station and realized that the Fresh Water Hose connection was over 40 ft away from my Santi-Flush and that my 25ft hose was too short. Here's where the Manager and Employees at Bell Rd RV Service really showed their true Ethos and Attitude. When I asked if they had a longer hose they said that they didn't have a hose for me to use, but offered to sell me a longer hose. I told the Manager that I wouldn't need a longer hose if the Trailer In-Repair wasn't parked in stall #2 of the Dump Station which would put my Trailer within 20ft from the fresh water connection where I could use my hose. The Manager REFUSED TO HELP AND REFUSED TO LEND ME A 2ND HOSE, (even though the situation was created by their incompetence). I was unable to dump my tanks and received a refund. I explained to both the employees and the Manager that they also lost a $400.00 sales as I was new to the area and needed several RV items. I also explained to them that when a Customer leaves their Store unsatisfied and without making a purchase it is money that directly from their paycheck and they should work harder to help a Customer, instead of disenfranchise the Customer. The Manager and his Employees replied in a snide way and didn't care. If they didn't care to take a hose extension for a simple solution, this tells me that their RV Service is also at the level of Horse Hats...You get the idea. I'm working with a crew of 30 Out-of-State Contractors and 28 are in RVs. I already sent out a message to our Group to AVOID BELL RD RV SERVICE at all costs. And You Should To! Caveat Emptor; This Manager is a Horse's Hat!

There are two gates. If you are facing the store from the road, it is the one on the left. You back in to the dump station, so if you have a TOAD it may be hard to reach (if so, maybe call ahead and ask about it). There is no annoying curb or step-up to the dump hole, so it is an easy flow! They have a rinse hose connected to a spigot that is threaded so I was able to easily connect to rinse my black tank without having to connect my own hose. They had an additional spigot right there that I was able to use with my own fresh water hose to fill my fresh water tank. Sorry for no photos as I got in just as they were closing and didn’t want to take up any more of their time.
