Because this is a newer KOA, it’s really just a huge parking lot with small, young trees. There’s no shade and no privacy between spots. The space between spots is a good size though- you’re not on top of your neighbors. Thankfully it wasn’t full. They’ve done some nice rockscaping which looks nice, but I don’t think they thought it through...
