This is a nice park w/ enormous oak trees. BUT. They advertise they have coin laundry. They do but it is very limited. They only allow on person in the laundry for a 1 1/2 hour slot. This started during COVID and they have kept it up. The laundry and all the rest of the activity center, lounge and office are only open 9 - 5 Mon - Sat. That means there are 5 laundry slots/day Mon - Sat or 30 slots total/week for a park that has 190+ RV spots. So if you are planning on doing your laundry here that might not be possible. The bathrooms are clean and open 24/7. There is a fair amount of road noise during the day, but it is quiet at night.

I was passing through the huge state of Texas. Most sites are filled with residents who live there full time. I believe the office manages the RV park and mobile homes next to it. The full-time residents sit out and watch the campers come and go but they were nice and seemed to enjoy the activity. There are mature trees and I found it easy to drive my rig around the park. I forgot my site number. Nothing special but I would stay here again if I needed to stop for a night. There was a large Walmart superstore a few miles away so stocking up and fueling the tow vehicle was easy. Nothing special, but has everything you need. Also, I got a Good Sams discount.

Nice campground in town. Very accommodating staff, Vickie was nice. Quiet, some road noise. Good Sam place but it didn’t show up on my app!

Add to adorable, helpful, friendly, pretty, shady, well maintained, lots of cable channels. Cheap laundry. Easy in. Close to HEB. All the things one could want when one stays in an RV park. The only ding is for the road noise. But that died down at night to pretty much nothing.
