Good for a one night stay. Food was hard to find. Had to drive 5 to 10 miles to find something. But overall it was good for the night. Price was good.

I don't want to dis a small family owned business that has been around since 1936. But there's little things that make the difference between a "welp, we were stuck here and we already paid" and "that was a really nice place." That all comes down to care and attention.
After reading an earlier review saying they didn't pay attention to online reservations, took the effort to call. Got a nice young gentleman (assuming that's one of the sons or grandsons) who took my dates for the reservation, a credit card number to hold, what type of equipment we had, what type of site we wanted, did we want cable TV. Cool.
Got to the park, sign on the door, out working in the park, and again, all good and cool. It's a small private park, assuming we're up to something, call the number, nice lady came over.
So the first thing is that the reservation is wrong. Only put down one night when we needed four. Second, the lady said it was a 20% cash discount - $35 a night - if we didn't use our credit card. Why not, even the president doesn't pay taxes, might as well enjoy a discount. Did we want cable TV. Okay, now it's getting weird - did you just sort of lose the reservation? Site map, drive around this way, and thank you.
Get to the site, and we're now in a 30 amp circuit instead of the requested 50. Welp, whatever. At least it's away from the road - NOPE, you're within 1/8th of a mile of I-80 AND the main transcontinental railway Union Pacific line with a mandatory horn (two short, so it's not a crossing, so not sure what they are doing). 50 amp circuits are in the front. Office is closed now. Well, whatever, and we paid cash.
Sites are gravel and fairly level, reasonably sized, and the land is reasonably well maintained and clean. Signage around the park especially how to get out is bad - had multiple rigs have to drive through empty sites to figure how to get out while we were here. Neighborhood is pretty dumpy - car repair shops, abandoned gas stations, abandoned old motels. Pilot station is half a block down, Mexican restaurant with zero cares about COVID, social distancing, health, changing fryolator oil (whuff, just the stink of it from outside, dang) is next door.
But if you need a place to sleep overnight, it's fine.

We booked online for a pull through site that was big enough for our rig. After traveling for 10 hours, we pulled into the campground, to find another very rude camper had taken our spot. When we tried to show the camper that we had reserved the spot, they said tough, and take it up with the office. It was 5;25pm and the office was closed with NO after hours phone number. We left a message, and NO ONE would call us back. Rang the doorbell on the back home connected to the office (with two cars sitting right in front), and no one would answer! This is NOT how you run a campground! If you are going to offer online booking, than you should HONOR the online bookings, not make it a first come first serve situation! If you are driving on the I80, you'd be better off boondocking for the night than stay at this place!

You can tell the owners really care about this place. The sites are level, gravel, descent in size and shaded. We were lucky enough to get a full hook up site that was pull through, so we didn't have to unhook the car. There is some noise from a railroad track nearby, but we slept with a fan on and didn't even notice it. We will be sure to stay again next time we're in the area.

Loved my site, loved the clean showers with lots of hot water. What I didn't love was the woman in the office who was incredibly abrupt and rude. Doubt she's the owner since others have mentioned this is a family run park. Would without question stay here again. Typical train and highway noise, but very pretty park.

Very clean (very!) park with spotless bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Just what we needed after boondocking near Salt Lake City.
Some road & train noise, but not enough to bother us. Someone else on Campendium complained that there’s no separate changing area by the shower, but with the cleanliness & HOT water, I couldn’t care less. Guess I’m just not that modest 😆

Very clean,, although dated restrooms. But in in my opinion odd restrooms, no place to get undressed and dressed except in the showers themselves or in the open room?!? No place to put a bag of toiletries or keep clothes dry, not even hooks. And no ADA compliant restroom or shower. Never saw such a setup.
Very noisy, with trains going by and interstate behind the park. Also has some kind of trucking business next door with trucks coming and going dropping off and picking up trailers.
Wifi worked and cable TV worked. Great little family run campground.
