The pros - full hookups (water, sewer, electric), quiet, easy access, the site was level
The cons - pool was green, no wifi or cable, no real service other than a voice at the end of the phone. A little run down in areas. Nothing like the pictures.
This is basically a mobile home park that rents spaces. It was away from the highway and quiet. They run on trust - just drop a check in the door slot or call with your credit card number if you leave before they open at nine.

This is a mobile-home park that has mobile home spaces that have been converted to RV spaces interspersed among the mobile homes. The park is lovely - lots of trees, big lots, a nice pool. The old mobile home spaces are two strips of concrete that are just wide enough for your dual tires - if you can back up right on them, which can be tricky. In my space, I could not reach the water, electric and sewer all at the same time. I had to unhook, move the rig several feet, then dump. I also heard some spaces had the hookups on the wrong side.
The residents are super nice and friendly. I got into some hour-long conversations every time I walked around.
Site was almost level, but I could not use levelers because they would have been half-on, half-off the concrete.
There are no showers. There is a community room, but it is only open from 9-4 during office hours.
Stores are relatively close by, but you need to drive, not walk, because there are no sidewalks and the road seemed too dangerous to walk on the shoulder.
Jackson is a cute town with lovely historic buildings and homes, as well as some run-down parts of town. It is very proud of its music heritage and even has the Rockabilly Hall of Fame downtown.

Wednesday 3pm. Office closed. No answer when I called. Appears yo be a mobile home park, not for RVs.
