“A little out of the way, but good for overnight”

We wanted to visit Carhenge then continue east. This campground is owned by a very friendly elderly gentleman who will eventually come along to collect the cash only fee. This is across the street from the town park where you can overnight for free. However, it was in the 80s, raining, and high humidity. We wanted AC. There are 5 utility posts that look like they can each support two trailers. Just pick a spot. It's all grass which could mean soft ground after a good rain. It had just rained that afternoon, but it was the first time in 2 months so the ground was still very firm. We had the site furthest from the main road and did have to level a bit. Be sure to check out the Old Cowboys Rest Home!
David & Maryann would stay here again

“Nice Site. Weird "Check-In".”

We stayed here for one night. All sites are on grass and it can get soft if it's too wet. Some leveling will be necessary the further you go up Heath Street. This is a private RV park but there are no signs or other details. The park owner--an elderly gentleman named Dave--will come around to collect the fee. My truck/trailer combo is 39 feet and I fit just fine with lots of room to spare, so I estimate that much larger rigs will also fit in many of the spots. Lots of shade. Arthur Village Park right across the street permits free boondocking and has lots of stuff for kids. It also contains The World's Smallest Courthouse (https://www.roadsideamerica.com/tip/14966). There's no WiFi at Park Side Camper Court but the public library in the Courthouse building on the west side of Arthur Village Park has WiFi.
