Easy on/off freeway access.
Fresh fruit in season.
Some train noise, and that's either a positive or a negative depending on personal preference.

This place is absolutely delightful. Flat spots, hookups and plentiful orange trees to enjoy. This park has 3 dog parks and great flat paths. They even have orange pickers available to guests. Will absolutely stay here again.

There was a lot to like here: the spaces were large and it was truly an orange grove. The facilities were clean. The Wi-Fi was bad — weird set up that didn’t work even when we paid extra

We stayed here for an overnight in our way to Indio for the winter. This was a really cool stop over and will become a regular on our travels.
The park is located in an orange grove. Working production groves behind the park and all of the sites in the park are lined with orange trees. They don’t create a huge amount of privacy but it is pretty cool. There are rules for which ones are ready to be harvested and those are posted at the office.
The site was big and easily accommodated us without having to disconnect our toad. It had full hookups and was clean with a picnic table at the site. Toward the back of the park is a washing station for cars and RVs.
Noise didn’t seem bad at all. Others have mentioned the trains but we didn’t notice them.

Campsites are well spaced and flat. All hook ups are available including sewer, electric, water and cable. Each site also has a picnic table.
There is a small pool that was too cold to try when we were there. Wifi is excellent and good enough for streaming which is rare in any campground.
Several well maintained restroom facilities throughout the camp. One has a gym and there are several places to do laundry. On Friday morning they served coffee and donuts.
Despite the background noise, its a good place to stay and would come back any time.

The laundry room was always clean. They have the ability to pay through an app or with quarters. If you use the app, it tells you when the laundry is done. There's two dog parks, a Free Little Library, a clubhouse with a pool table, and a pool! The pool was open in October when we were there but the water was freezing! Would be so nice in the hotter months! Every single interaction with any staff member (and other guests) was positive! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The utilities at our site worked well with no issues. There's even an RV wash station. We considered other parks in the area but this one felt the safest. We'll definitely be returning!
As far as other reviews about the noise, we didn't notice the highway noise and the train is in the distance. We've been much closer to train tracks at about half the parks we've stayed at. It wasn't an issue for us at all.
Starlink had great coverage!!

Cons
Our emergency site had a leaking faucet and the sewere pipe had to run up hill, so it had to be milked to empty the tanks.

Nice staff, clean showers. Seemed like a Park for senior citizens.
