Stayed in Mid October, the water was still warm enough to swim. From our site you could see waves breaking on the beach from inside and outside the RV. Well maintained park with level sandy site, each one has a little sun hut. Had a lot of fun here.

One small negative, there were TONS of "sand-burs". Every time we walked the dog they had dozens in their paws. A little weed killer would go a long way.
One BIG negative, the staff was outright rude! At one point I walked into the store to buy a mask (as required), my shirt was covering my face. The staff person literally yelled across the store telling me I had to leave. I said I was just there to get a mask, which didn't matter. While this was happening there was a gentleman paying at the register with no mask and the other cashier had his mask on his chin (covering nothing). It would have been easy for her to just say "I'm sorry. We require masks. Someone can bring a mask out to you, then you can come in and pay." Rather, she went on a power trip, embarrassed a guest and did nothing to solve the problem.
There were 2 other interactions where the staff was dismissive at best.
We were there right as the state started to re-open from the COIVD shutdown. The amenities were limited as expected. The pool opened while we were there to a limited number of guests at a time. The restrooms opened halfway through our stay and were VERY clean. The laundry, shop and restaurant were open on a limited basis and required a mask to enter. Even on a limited basis the amenities were very nice. They were well maintained, clean and well stocked. The store was fairly expensive (as you might expect with a captive group).

We loved this place! It was our first stay in a resort like this and we weren’t disappointed. Sure it’s a bit pricey, but totally affordable for a couple of nights. We had lots of neighbors in our full-hookup area, but the spaces still felt laid out nice and semi private. The bathrooms and showers were always clean and stocked, and the pool area was equally well-attended. We enjoyed splashing around in the play area, tried the lazy river and the indoor heated pool. The accessibility to the beach was awesome — we took walks in the evening and runs in the morning. Beer in the camp store was a tad expensive. There was a bunch of Halloween activities going on the weekend we were there - trick or treating for the kids, a pet costume contest but it was always peaceful and we got good sleep. The place is huge, lots of full-timers but again, very well laid out. We’ll absolutely be back!
Only 2 bummers were the fact that when it rained, our site got soaked. And its all sand and dirt. So wet sand=wet sandy RV floor. I would have loved to seen concrete pads, but you can’t always get what you want! And the WIFI sucks. Don’t count on it. Super spotty from our site. The free cable was great though.

We chose this park out of all the oceanfront parks in Myrtle Beach because this park does not practice breed discrimination (canine racism).
This was our first time at this park, so we were delighted that they honored our request to be close to the beach. We were one space away from being beach front. Our neighbor who was one space closer seemed to be a long-term resident and was very friendly.
Most of the sites are pull-through, making set-up and take-down easy.
We slept every night with the windows open, listening to the sound of the ocean! We were also close to the basketball court, so we did have some noise from teens out past curfew on Saturday, but they dispersed after 11:30 or so.
The bath houses were very clean, and the pools were all sparkling, although we only used the indoor pool as the outdoor pool (like the ocean) is a bit cool this time of year.
We were toad-less this trip, but had no problem getting a Lyft into town. The outlet mall, Golden Corral, and a large strip center with WalMart, Marshalls, Ross, and Dollar Tree are all within a half-mile walk.
The gift shop on site contains a Camping World section. Everything seemed reasonably priced. There is also an on-site restaurant, Breakfast by the Sea, that is open on Saturday and Sunday mornings this time of year.
The campsite issues garbage bags on check-in, one for each day of your stay. You can put your garbage at the end of your campsite, and it gets picked up daily. Unfortunately, you have to take your recyclables to the bath houses. It would be nice if it were a bit easier to recycle than to throw recyclables in the trash, which we saw many people do. The onsite restaurant uses Styrofoam and plastic disposables, which further adds to the environmental burden.
The sites were nice, except for a few issues. Our site, along with some others, had just an open pipe for the sewer--no lid and no threaded or flanged connection, so we had to hold the sewer line in place when we dumped. A lot of campers had weighted plastic bags on top of the sewer connection. There were a lot of cigarette butts on our site. During our stay, we had a load left by a dog that was not ours. But other than that, no complaints.

Large family campground located on the beach. Our site was located about 100 ft. away from the public beach, just over a small sand berm. This resort park has all the amenities needed to keep families entertained. We stayed in the off-season, so the outdoor pools and cafe were closed, and the renovation projects were going full-speed. The indoor pool was open. The large laundry was in desperate need of updating, and this project was getting started as we left. The resort is combined RV sites and perminent/rental park models. All the utilities worked fine. WIFI and cable were good. The sites are pull-throughs, hard-packed sand, and somewhat tight. Covered picnic tables. Restroom/shower facilities are good. Overall park condition was well-used, but acceptable. The management is friendly and helpful. This would be a great place to let the kids run wild in the summer. Lots to do in greater Myrtle Beach area. Overall, we think it was a great stay - no complaints. Would return.

Negatives were wifi speed, but the office will provide you help with that...just call the tech support number and they offer boosters while you are there if you need it. This helped us get a better signal for working. Not a big fan of the huge campground size and being so close to your neighbor, so that is a negative for me.
Restrooms and facilities were always very clean and generally not really used much. Sundays they have a church service, which we thought was a great option to worship close.
The Breakfast on the Beach seemed like a good idea, open on weekends, but we would not recommend the food at all. It was overpriced and served on paper goods, and the taste was just OK.
The area overall is a great place to visit and we would stay here again.

Tight spaces, but the tradeoff was 75 steps to the beach (on our site). Pretty quiet, nice pool and lazy river. Definitely laid back compared to Lakewood and other places in Myrtle Beach. Very clean bathrooms/showers.

Still, I'd camp there again for the proximity to miles of beach. I was able to get my 10,000 steps in each day. That said, if you are looking for remote, this one sure isn't it. Everyone at the travel park was friendly and helpful.

This park is BIG, we were the third spot from the beach, so 30 seconds and we were on sand. The 50 amp seemed a little weak on weekends when it filled up but during the week it seemed better.
One thing we liked is that you can only use a golf cart if you have a handicap sticker so there aren't a bunch of 8 year olds carting around.
The beach is awesome and just N of the park's beach there is 1/2 of undeveloped land so the beach is very quiet. We'd stay here again.
