Carolina Landing in South Carolina is a Thousand Trails affiliated RV resort. Located in Fair Play, South Carolina, Carolina Landing RV Resort makes a great base from which to explore the area. During our stay, we made a day trip to the quaint Bavarian town of Helen, Georgia about an hour away. Cellular service was great on all three...

"Quiet Park, But Definitely A Dump! "

The park is quiet, but the sites, roads, and facilities are a dump. The bathroom was without toilet paper for three days and is always dirty. We never felt 100% leaving our rig there. Always kept the outside storage locked. Use of the bathroom is an extra fee. Place is fine for a short stop, but wouldn’t stay longer than a day or two.

The camp ground is in a rural setting near to Columbia, SC. There are excellent walking trains down to a running stream, grassy areas and ponds for walking the dog and nice play ground facilities for...

"Disappointed in campsite location"

This is a great place for families with kids. The park was neat and well laid out. We picked a site on an outside row because we travel with our dog. We did not pay extra to "lock" the site, because of the already high fee. When we arrived, they had moved us several rows away in the middle of an area of long term or permanent campers. People...
