They do! But it is now located over behind the old casino/bowling alley to the east of the Morongo tower complex. After you park behind the old casino, go to the security desk there and get your camp permit. You’re allowed to disconnect and use your vehicle to go roam the area for sightseeing and day trips. You can even leave it overnight.
