“Free Potable Water”
Reviewed 12/16/2020
We did not dump here but needed to refill our water tanks, went inside, asked and were told that the water of the spigot is potable and free!
Great since there are not too many places around that offer potable water

The dump is just past the RV pumps and is pretty easy to get into but getting out was a bit less clear due to some construction but we managed.
The dump area is NOT very level. There is water but not clear if it is potable or not.
gokuro would use this facility again

“$15 to dump or free with 50 gallons of gas”

As the title indicates, know there is a fee to dump. There is a pretty big well stocked little convenience store, the gas pumps and dump station are easy to pull through. Fortunately we were there at night so no line, but there is only one station. There is a spigot available.

“50 gallons of gas is ridiculous for dump access!”

The outside pumps stop at $74. I can see spending $50 or $100 minimum for free dump, but 50 gallons is insane. I came in with a nearly empty tank and realized that was really not a fair deal just to dump and didn't want to fill up completely today. I think my tank is only 50 gallons, so you really need a big fuel tank in order to dump ... more

I think my tank is only 50 gallons, so you really need a big fuel tank in order to dump without paying. I would recommend stopping in Indio to dump. I can make it a few more days, so I plan to do this later.
I did not see water at the dump location! Looks like it is just a dump. In n Out Burger and Panda Express restaurants close.

“Dump station works as advertised”

Had to jump through some hoops to use it, but once they came out and unlocked it, all went smoothly. Not the easiest place to get in and out of. Lots of traffic in there too. But you can fuel up, dump, refill propane, and even grab a snack all in one place. Not bad at all, but the price is a bit steep.
