Mac's Camping Area

I want to start by saying the people here were very nice and welcoming. This place is full of seasonal campers and not really set up for short term stays. The place has been around for a long time. The Electrical hook up did not have a circuit breaker on the pole. It was in a junction box next to the plug in and not clearly marked. It worked fine but I like to turn off the power before I plug in.
The road getting there is a one lane dirt road and the signage was pretty good guiding us in. That was until the stop sign in Mac's Camping Area. There was another sign in the same location that said to go to the office. But it did not say to WALK to the office. I thought I should drive there as there were arrows leading you there and we were on a one lane road. We got to the office and Janice was welcoming but she was blaming her daughter for not calling us back the last 2 days before our stay, whatever. Backing out to turn around was a bit dicey and the turns in the campground were a tad tight for our RV.
A couple of the sites she walked me to were not ones I want to try and squeeze a 35' 5th wheel into, sideways! There was one option where I could back into, I took that one. Glad we did. The other options were very loud on Friday and Saturday nights.

I would only stay here again if I had no other choice.
