Lindsey Lake Campground

This is a special spot that my husband & I return too often. It use to be free, but with the addition of fire rings,it now costs. It can be a rough road getting in, depending on how severe the winter has been. Good ground clearance is a must. May need a 4 wheel drive vehicle, but usually 2 wheel will get you in. Bring your own water. This is a tent camp or a small cabover camper kind of place. There are a few great day hikes out of here. There is good fishing, & a great lake for non-motorized boats. If you like back packing, this is a great trailhead for some spectacular short trips.
