Overall Rating

Was wondering if it’s just for the resort or for public use and checked for signs and saw none. Staff watched me drive into the resort and do an awkward 3 point turn (come around the right of the building then enter on the left instead of what I did!) and they didn’t say anything <3

“Love a free dump station!”

Overall Rating

This one is convenient to both I-4 and I-75. It's about five minutes from the junction. When you turn onto Lazy Days Blvd it's easiest if you cut through the catty-corner street/parking area before you get to Campers Trail (see photo with the red arrows). Doing that gave us plenty of room to swing around our 38' fifth wheel.

The dump station is free and open 24/7 as it's outside of the Lazydays gate (I called to confirm these details). I've never been to a dump station that had a sewer hose already attached. There's rinse water available. I didn't see any fresh water.

It's rare to see a free dump station in Florida. Take advantage!
