Nice place. Mostly permanent places but a few overnight spots and they make overnighters welcome. Go to the office for after hours check-in. Friendly staff. Friendly residents. $45 off season and $55 in season. They have WiFi

“Small park in very remote location off I 10 in SoCal”

Mostly permanent homes with some RV sites interspersed. Clean and quiet. Nice nine hole golf course. Very dark at night perfect for star gazing. Access to miles of desert for hiking and ATVs. Small store and restaurant nearby. Get groceries and fuel before you go. A mile off I 10, no road noise. Small man made lake. Office closes at 4 PM. Sites are close together.

EDIT: Stayed here in January, 2018 and enjoyed our time. Space 98 is across from the office and the WiFi was still worthless. Don't bother paying the extra $, it's not worth it.

Folks here are friendly to a fault. You are likely to have them walk into your site to learn all about you. Harmless but a bit much.

The park is immaculate as are the pool and spa and small clubhouse. Definitely pride-of-ownership by those working here.

Our site was clean and level and all utilities work well. They are privately owned and then rented by the park, so every one is set up differently. Many are pull in forward rather than back in. I think there are two pull-throughs.

Nice to walk around the little lake with lots of birds. Desert access from the park.

Without a golf cart you have to walk out to the trash dumpster or unhook the chain to drive through. There are also stairs up to the dumpster top. It's not user-friendly.

There is no longer a small store or a restaurant. Do NOT come without a full tank of gas and plenty of groceries!
