Stayed 1 night on 5/15/2023. Good sites all appear level. Area was clean and well kept. Did not use the facilities. I'm a sound sleeper so I am unable to comment on road noise. Towards 10-10:30 p.m. I did not hear much if any highway noise when walking our dog. I will overnight at this location again.

We stopped here on our way from IL to WY. It was the perfect place to stop for the night. Right off the highway, close to a Walmart and gas station. Bathrooms/showers were clean. Laundry facility was clean and useful. Sites are level concrete pads.

Access right off I-80. Use the directions found on their website, don’t use gps direction. Quick checkin with ample room to park. Level pad to set up on. Normal traffic and train noises that can be easily covered with white noise etc. Perfect for a quick, one night stop.

This is a family owned place. I know they are busy but they always seemed rushed when checking in. Don't expect any special considerations regardless of any extenuating circumstances here. It's nice electric is included in your monthly rate. Bath houses are maybe cleaned once a week, MAYBE. With the volume of this place it really needs to be done daily. NE summers are quite hot. The AC units in the bath houses are not on and it gets super hot in there. Both bath houses are pretty new. ATT is the better internet provider at this park with the tower in the park. Verizon works but is marginal. If you are here in the spring the dogwood trees are brutal here. I had to clean my AC coils twice a day for 2 months because the got full of the cotton they spew. The park is close to I80 so you will get road noise but other than that it is a quiet place. Kearney is a nice town and has anything you really could need. The space is generally level. No pool or hot tub but there is a lake.

When staying one must visit the Archway experience…fantastic!
